Our Philosophy

At Quogwryzon, we approach returns with the same mindfulness we apply to our creative practices. We believe in honoring both our customers' satisfaction and our environmental responsibility.

Just as artists carefully consider each brushstroke, we thoughtfully handle returns to minimize waste while ensuring your creative journey with our products is satisfying and inspiring.

General Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain products, such as custom-mixed pigments or personalized items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@quogwryzon.world or call +61 3 9072 8465 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including a return authorization number and shipping address.
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization number.
  5. Ship the package to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product) or covered by consumer protection laws. In these cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of payment.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items that don't meet your needs. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the same process as initiating a return.
  2. Specify the item you would like to receive instead.
  3. If there is a price difference, we will either charge the difference or refund the excess amount.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

For workshop registrations, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or apply it to a future workshop (subject to availability) within 3 months.

Workshop Rescheduling

If we need to reschedule a workshop, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the following options:

  • Attend the rescheduled workshop
  • Transfer to another workshop (subject to availability)
  • Receive a full refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos showing the issue, if possible

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, depending on your preference and product availability.

Sustainable Return Practices

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we aim to minimize waste in our return process. We carefully evaluate returned items to determine if they can be:

  • Restored and returned to inventory
  • Used for display or samples in our studio
  • Donated to community art programs or schools
  • Recycled responsibly if unable to be reused

By purchasing from us, you're participating in our effort to reduce waste and promote sustainable creative practices.

Consumer Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
